Hi rednexsrus. We encountered a temporary outage with the Instant Win play, which caused your play status to show "fulfillment request failed" instead of indicating a win or loss. Although points were initially deducted and displayed on your Rewards Dashboard, the deduction was immediately reversed, and the points were added back to your balance since the play was cancelled. This point deduction and reversal do not appear in your Transaction History. Rest assured, your point balance is accurate, and you did not lose any points for game play. I cannot believe what I am reading here, an honest explanation of a mishap, glitch in an AARP game play (unheard of).

Per the posts on THIS SITE, they have been doing so. Lol, IF you can Private Message (PM) them, send them one. IF not, call or chat. The Text Option is a "waste" of time = AI/bot responds with the "clear your cookies" we all know about. With chat, type CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT to "all" of the annoying & persistent AI/chatbot questions it sends you. It will eventually transfer you to a HUMAN CHAT PERSON. Good Luck

The very interesting thing is that each time I tried to win the CVS gift card, 50 points have been deducted; 3 times! Very sad!

Same error for me,
The main problem of AARP Rewards is the lack of quality control. Which shows time after time how little they care about their customers.
Praise the Lord that it's Sunday, otherwise the Bots that man consumer care would suggest that we send them a private message which is a way to pretend to do something while doing absolutely nothing to solve any problem of course. That might happen tomorrow though....

Hi Nicole,
hate that admin has caused you to give up on the instant wins. For me it is the only thing left in this program that I really like. I do enjoy the thrill at winning one, plus maybe picking up a decent points only gift card now & then. ( no $5 coupons for me ). I do like these community discussions as it gives me a chance to call out AARP & this administration on what a disgraceful circumstance they have put us seniors and this rewards program in. It’s really sad 😓
when people get to the point that they don’t care about anyone but themselves.

Good morning Nicole
well I said I like these instant wins games and now it looks like I may get to play a few more of them. July has started off with a total of 14 Instant Wins, 7 are $10 wins and 7 are $25 wins (unheard of)
there are suppose to be 92 winners on each $25 game for a total of (644 wins) and 200 winners on the $10 game for a total of (1400 wins). 2044 possible winners in the new instant win game. A lot more then what was offered in the past but still we are among the MILLIONS that are playing every day.

I saw the $25 Instant Wins before they disappeared as well. Besides noting the 92 winners for each card, the date of play was through September 30, 2025 for most, but the Lowe's was by June 30, 2025 - which was already in the past by the time it posted. I was able to play them before they disappeared at 50 points each, but none were winners. Curious situation, but I would be interested in playing if they were re-posted, even if the odds of winning are probably lower than the usual $10 gift certificates!
