That doesn't sound correct! I have bought and returned things with using BestBuy gift cards all the time and have gotten a new gift card. They do have reward certificate and that I know you can't get it back even if it was out of stock or you return ...

Still not working as of 6:10pm MST @AARPConsumerCareExtra Credit is showing 2/4 complete even though I have completed them. Any ETA on a fix?
