I was able to do the extra credit activities including any videos, however other videos not in the extra credit would not play no matter what device I used so I did other activities like quizzes and tools and calculators to earn my points but what is going on with the videos not working?  All the videos on the first page unless they were in extra credit would not work.  Maybe it will work tomorrow but why is this happening?

[Tuesday 7/1/25] Hmmm @BtW751689 , it is the 1st of July = we go through "issues" EVERY 1st of the month my friend. I was hoping THIS MONTH was going to be a NO ISSUES month. I guess not! Thanks for the heads up on videos & quizzes. I have NOT been on the Rewards Website since Saturday 6/28. Geez, what next? Nicole

Mine have all been reset, and the badge for the monthly videos I watched in June has reset. Maybe you need to refresh your screen.

[Tuesday 7/1/25 9:39pm ET] Is this something NEW? Being able to SKIP THE AD? I just watched this AARP Video & before it started, there was text asking IF I wanted to skip it. Of course I did. I luv this OPTION & hope it is on ALL videos with ads. Thank you AARP!!!
