Got the same email. It is legit. Clicked on the link in the email and it takes you to the gift card in question (so you now have the number). I checked the balance on the website noted on the gift card and it errored out as if it was an invalid card....

I've had the same thing happen to me, but figured a way around it. Now I make sure to either log out and log back in just before the daily deals become active, or go to "My Account" before the daily deal starts and it will either allow you in there o...

Similar issues. I was able to purchase a gift card and it charged my credit card, but did not show up in my transactions list as purchased. We will see if I actually receive email confirmation. It's been 25 minutes and I haven't yet - UPDATE: 4.5hrs ...

Three showed up later in the day as others stated and I was able to play them. Even later a Home Depot one showed up and I was able to play that one as well.I didn't see any change in the gift cards offered for points redemption.

Just call them. I had similar issue where I deleted the email accidentally and they resent right away.Under "Contact Us" at bottom of page:Mon-Fri, 8am - 8pm ET1-888-687-2277
