new month same problems

cannot access  extra credit rewards 5 days of maintenance did not solve any problems

It is so hard to tell when there is a technical difficulty or just the system behaving badly. This notice is new since 5 EST this morning.

They are also having problems with being to earn points.  I can earn points with Staying Sharp activities.  I can earn points by doing quizzes.  But when I try to earn points with a video I am asked to sign in.  They first time it says it has to verify that I am a human and not a bot.  But it still sends be back to the sign in page.  Every time I sign in and I am directed back to the sign in page.

 I thought it was me and have tried everything even went from laptop to tablet and nothing. I thought it was supposed to be better.

Nothing on extra credit.  
There was an Amazon card for points but I was unable to get one. Kept getting a message saying “We are currently experiencing technical difficulties in processing your request. Please retry in a few minutes.” At 11:24 the cards were sold out.

Now it does show Dec now. No activities.

That's on the Home page.  But it still says November if you click on the Extra Credit under the Redeem Rewards.

Everything is coming up blank for me. Usually I have a work around where I can at least see what they are offering but that isn't working either.

Town crier here: It is 5:16 AM EST and STILL nothing. I think SeanK1 is correct that nothing will happen until Monday.

Nothing here either.  I have tried several different ways.  They don't even list any extra credit under the rewards for points.  They also only show 2 extra credit groups instead of the 3 we have had before.  And there is nothing there when you click on it and when you click on the change lesson on the next screen, there are no lessons listed.

November also showed two, when I questioned them about it with their page saying three activities and my screen shot showing two, deaf ears

It still says November, so my guess they forgot to upload Decembers.
