All About the Burger refuses to honor AARP rewards certificate

I tried to redeem points today on the AARP Rewards for an All About the Burger 20% at the Wilson Blvd, Arlington, VA. When I presented the printed coupon for the discount, the manager at this location told me they had no such agreement with AARP. It would be useful if there was some way to let AARP know so they could remove All About the Burger from their rewards program or correct the problem.
