AARP Videos and Quizzes not working/points not being awarded

It has been months of delayed awarding of points for activities like watching videos and doing quizzes. Points generally were eventually awarded. Today, Saturday, 11/5/22, no points being awarded at all.  Come on, AARP, when are you going to get these ongoing issues fixed?   

 

Fitbit Points for 5k and 10k steps also not being awarded, even after rebooting phone several times.

Same here. Video points show up as earned but not being added to total. I know there has been some delay in adding to total but it’s been hours and no update to total. Some days it seems to show the correct total then the points disappear the next day.
