- deal watcher. Cut coupons and digital coupons. I now go to Aldi for some items that are less expensive there. I check out AARP deals as well. I also stock up when on sale if it makes sense. Bogo's are great as well.
- hotel and rental car.
- I am also somewhat flexible about that list. If I see a product that I use frequently that’s on-sale
- I have always been a sale
- I have saved money in many ways with the information and discounts received from AARP. Gift cards
- I haved saved money by going to store that have a certain percentage off on different days of the week. The AARP rewards program help save money by actually watching what I spend
- I stock up at that time. I also use digital and paper coupons. Some grocery store have a senior discount day. I take advantage of those also. (win)
- I try to find one that lets me get a second entrée for free like sonic so it’s like buying two meals for one

I exercise my brain with the games, learn from the videos and quizzes while earning rewards points. I've definitely saved money between using the points for discount coupons and occasionally getting an offered item which I've used .myself or given as gifts. It's a "win-win"--thanks for the program!

I keep up with earning points to cash in for gift cards and enter the sweepstakes. I also enjoy learning with the short quizes and content about how to improve my health. I use the movies for grownups instead of going to the movies. I have also listened to concerts and do the meditation and physical workouts in AARP which saves me paying for those activities at a gym or center.

I love saving money wherever I can and one of the ways is by doing the AARP quizzes and watching the videos. I also learn alot while doing them. I then cash out my points for gift cards, usually to restaurants. It's nice to eat out but save money at the same time. I've also bought discounted gift cards from AARP when they have their daily gift card special that is steeply discounted. Love it. Thank you so much AARP.

II use the points that I earn by watching videos and taking quizzes to redeem for gift cards that I use to reduce my cost for shopping and eating out. Occasionally, I will use points for free magazine subscriptions which saves a lot of money. I also enter the instant wins for the chance to earn an extra way to save money on my shopping and eating.

Earning rewards points on AARP is quick and easy; there are so many ways to age gracefully by taking quizes and watching their videos that teach you something new every day. Most recently, both my husband and I have used our rewards points to purchase gift cards to local casual restaurants while we were evacuated the past 3 months due to the Eaton fire in SoCal. In fact, dining out was one of the highlights we enjoyed and, although we returned 3 wks ago, we're not rushing to start cooking again!

I stick to my budget and save money by using AARP Rewards and getting free gift cards, or buying gift cards at reduced prices. For a long time, we would save at least 10% by buying Princess gift cards, and it made the cruises just that much more fun. While the discount did get lower over time, and eventually those particular cruise gift cards are no longer available, they easily saved us $1000 to $2000 over the lifetime of our membership in AARP. And now, we buy Home Depot gift cards, or Safeway gift cards, and save a little bit of money that way. Plus, every month we make sure that we get our 3 free gift cards by watching videos and answering quizes to accumulate points. This has been very, very helpful, and has more than paid for the AARP membership itself.

I max out my points every day by doing a combination of videos and quizzes. I enter sweepstakes for prizes I can use like CVS, Amazon, Lowes, Home Depot, Walmart, Panera and Kohls. I use the free entry method for the instant wins whenever possible to save on points. I try to purchase discounted gift cards that will help me save money on everyday items. Every month I take advantage of the 3 gift cards for points redemptions. I have saved over $3000 in almost 4 years. It takes some time and dedication but it's worth it. Last week I went on a "shopping spree" with my gift cards and I was able to make free or discounted purchases at Burlington, Home Depot, Walmart, Home Goods and I had a free lunch at Panera. I love saving money and the AARP Rewards program is a huge help! Thanks!!!

Using our AARP reward points for gift certificates helps our budget. A while back we purchased discounted gift certificates for a streaming service and applied them to our account. We have used the $5 gift cards for discounts at participating retailers / restaurants. We use our points for magazine subscriptions too. Lots of ways we save with AARP.
Eating out once in awhile is a treat. Earning a gift card even if it is only for $5 can help especially at a casual restaurant like a sandwich shop. I often collect several $5 cards over time to use at a more expensive restaurant. I like to enclose a gift card in cards to my adult children for special occasions like Halloween, etc.
I also enjoy some of the free lectures and movies you can register for. I did the driving course and it is saving money on my car insurance. I use the AARP discount when sending boxes through UPS. I use some of the travel discounts I am grateful for the ways AARP helps me stay within my budget,
