I am having this exact same issue and it has been going on for the last 2 months for me as well. I have points to redeem but as soon as I try to redeem points for a gift card I want, I get the message "Unable to process points". Frustrating! What...

We use the gift cards as prizes for games with visiting family over the holidays.

I have used the points in my rewards account towards gift cards at multiple retail and restaurant locations which is a savings on everything purchased!

Use discounted gift cards, check online for tickets b/c sometimes they'll be discounted if you purchase ahead of time, and check for a city pass which may be available for the city you're visiting
