No Easter egg hunt this year?

Disappointed there will be no Easter egg hunt this year on AARP. guess it doesn't matter in my case as i am unable to redeem my points anyway, I get the dreaded oops an error occurred refresh your browser, guess what it doesn't work, still waiting to hear back from escalation team, not optimistic it can be resolved, well Happy Easter everyone!

hi Diana, thanks for responding, I am unable to send a private message on my account, it does not have that feature. my case I was told was escalated and I should hear in 7 -10 days, nothing yet, not optimistic as many others are having the same issue as me.
