Not enough points to redeem this reward.

Getting error "Not enough points to redeem this reward." When doing instant win and sweepstakes. I have over million points, I sure do have enough points.

Yes, I have the same problem, 32,000+ points and it says I don’t have enough points for any of the instant wins. Very disappointing, that’s usually how I begin my day, by doing all the AARP instant wins in which I’m interested. And it also won’t allow me to begin my own post in this section, I can only reply  to someone else (thank you SeanK1) I hope they fix this soon!

IT Department is deliberately causing all these errors. They have no idea what they are doing or how to fix anything, & the @consumer Care bots are adding fuel to the fire. SHUT THIS PROGRAM DOWN. ALL MEMBERS NEED TO CANCEL THEIR MEMBERSHIP ASAP

That’s a bit harsh. AARP is much more than Rewards Points; I didn’t join AARP just to get free or discounted gift cards. But I suppose if that is the reason someone joined AARP then you might want to cancel your membership; it is true there have been several glitches recently. However there also recently have been A LOT more gift cards available to be bought with points than there used to be.

🍊🤡  Same. Have never seen it before. AARP usually resolves glitches like this pretty quickly.

You are not alone. I'm having the same issues trying to redeem rewards points for "Instant Wins".

Yep, same here -- over a million points, but not enough to redeem.  Numerous other posts from this evening about this issue.  And yet I'm sure that AARP will take weeks/months to fix it, as always.

I don't have as many points as you do, a little over 99,000, tried 3 times and it said the same thing. Not enough points for Macy's $10 instant win.
