Error: "Unable to process your redemption request"

 Well, looks like I am the next victim of this error.  Just started getting it today.  Who can help?

Well, I have been waiting and nothing has been done. Unable to play instant wins and cannot use my points for gift cards.  I am beyond frustrated with this.

Most of us has been affected by the "Unable to process your redemption request" when trying to redeem.I only get replies that state...private message me with your info and I will investigate....well, when the "tickets" were created I did give all my info! So, why is AARP asking again??? and, the beat goes on & on & on....

'Unable To Process Your Redemption Request'
(since October 30th, 2024)...

 

So silly. My issue of errors persist. I took it upon myself to actually complete the Extra Credit for the month (of November), although I was never able to redeem anything anyway. Needless to say, completing the Extra Credit didn't open the portal of normalcy.  😑

 

Another suggestion? Remove the 'Sold Out' Senior Planet Points Contribution. 4,000 Points going to the great unknown, I still would have liked to make that contribution, like I always do, because I have over a million+ points, and nowhere to use them.  🙄

 

And, while I was trying to figure this out for myself (a little detective, a little DIY - because it's a 3-day weekend), checked developer tools [F12], and there are a bunch of errors. A ton. That can't be good. X's and red everywhere.

 

Gotta have a sense of humor about this, or we'll all go crazy. *◟(👁 ͜ʖ👁)◞*

I received this message, 'Unable to process your redemption request,'

I cannot redeem points earned, enter sweepstakes, or play instant wins.

Everyone in my hosuehold is getting the same error message. I chatted with customer service they have no idea.  They escalated my case. Sucks.

Same! D-: Receive this error, 'Unable to process your redemption request,' which means one cannot redeem any redemptions, enter sweepstakes, or play instant wins. The earn function works fine. I am able to watch videos and complete quizzes.
