It's been almost 2 months and the both agents I have spoken to have not helped. All I keep getting is that they will escalate my issue . why am I unable to process or redeem my points?! is it going to take another 2 months for someone to respond to ...

I totally agree with you! If they are not going to honor they way we are earning the points then I would like to get reimbursed back since I paid for three years.

How can you cheat? I think as long as one completes the quizzes and videos all points should count. If someone is using "codes" to gain points then that's something else. Now I am very curious.
