It looks like this has been a persistent issue over the past several years. I am experiencing this same problem. I have disabled ad blockers and addresses match. Has anyone had success recently purchasing gift cards, and if so, what browser if I may ask.
I called in a week or so ago and was told I'd receive an email in 3-5 days but never did.
