BTW- I had my husband set up his own sign-in. He can redeem any of the items on the same computer, but I still can not redeem anything with my sign-in. It's been over a month now

After 5 days with the site down to update (11-19-24), I tried to redeem anything on their page, and the issue is still there "Unable to process your redemption request" We have tried clearing out cache, history, cookies, used another computer, tried ...

BTW- There is no private message option on that page. It goes from privacy to kudos, with no private message in between
