This is not working either (sending a pm). I've tried numerous times. Again, page won't load or when it does, it freezes up. This is not an issue with my account!!!!
I don't know how to make this any clearer. One only need take a quick look to see that *numerous* members are reporting various issues like these. It is so obvious that it is not about any one account.
i would have expected so much better from AARP. This has been more like trying to get help from a huge online business. Come to think of it, I've actually had far, far better experiences getting help from Amazon, for one. What a giant disappointment this has been.
How is it that an organization meant for education and advocacy could be so dismissive of its own members ability to utilize the content??
@AARPConsumerCare I do all those things. It checks off as played but does not award points.....maybe one time. Admins addressed that in pms but it really needs to be fixed. Other games work correctly most of the time. Codeword absolutely does NOT.
