AARP REWARDS currently has this vendor in the rewards catalog for a $10 gift card for 18000 points.

Admin has kept this gift card in the catalog for many months
now. So far it appears none of us ( paying members/seniors ) have not been scammed by this vendor. It is disheartening to know that AARP has little regard in protecting its members (seniors) by offering products and promoting them in our rewards program.
Reviews of ProFlowers
Recent reviews for ProFlowers are overwhelmingly negative, with common complaints about poor product quality, non-delivery, inaccurate delivery tracking, and unsatisfactory customer service
Some customers have labeled the company a "scam" due to persistent failures in delivering orders or providing adequate refunds.
The company was acquired by its former rival FTD, and many long-time customers have noted a significant decline in service quality in the years since.
Common complaints from recent reviews
- Poor product quality: Many customers report that flowers arrive dead, rotting, or bruised. In some cases, arrangements are not just in bad condition but are also visibly smaller and less lush than what was advertised online.
- Non-delivery or major delays: Numerous reviews cite instances where flowers paid for with a same-day or special delivery fee never arrived. For high-stakes occasions like birthdays, anniversaries, or Valentine's Day, this resulted in disappointment for both the sender and the recipient.
- Inaccurate delivery tracking: Some customers received delivery notifications, but the recipient never got the flowers. This indicates a serious disconnect between the company's system and the actual delivery process.
- Unhelpful customer service: Customer support is often unresponsive, leaving customers on hold for long periods before disconnecting. When issues are addressed, resolutions are often inadequate, with some customers only receiving small partial refunds for dead or missing orders.
- Third-party model issues: As ProFlowers is not a true local florist, it acts as an order broker, sending orders to local shops that get only a portion of the total cost. Reviewers note that this model often results in subpar substitutions and arrangements that look nothing like the product image.
- "Scam" reports: Posts on platforms like Reddit and ConsumerAffairs raise concerns that the company has taken money for orders that are never fulfilled. One hospital gift shop employee warned that ProFlowers directs customers to their location for pickups without any arrangement or payment processed.
