Yes! I'm looking into how to cancel my membership due to the ridiculous number of issues just like this. I've tried all the things the chatbot suggested; got some videos to work that way, but still more problems like the specific one you mentioned. t...

As noted in other posts, this is not an issue with my account. Many users are having the same issues; it is perfectly clear (again, as noted in other posts/replies) that the tech ***is not functioning**. My own account is not what needs to be address...

So aggravating, agreed! One will work every now and with no rhyme or reason that I can see at least...? Being somewhat new-ish to this app, I kept expecting an update to fix *so many glitches*... Surely there must be one in the works??
