@GiannisK745032 , did you try calling them? Did you type CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT to all the "questions" the annoying & persistent chatbot asks you? After awhile it will transfer you to a HUMAN.

Catherine @CatherineT72690 , from reading the posts ON THIS SITE - it is something the AARP IT will have to fix. IF AARP does NOT "respond" ON THIS SITE, people said chat or calling them worked. Then the usual WAIT 10 biz days response.
