won an amazon gift card on the instant win game on 2/24 and have yet to receive, my husband won a kohl's gift card on 2/16 and he has yet to recieve. i have been a member for 2 years and we have never had any problems receiving gift cards for points ...

just played burlinton instant win game got 3 burlington symbols in slot machine game and it says sorry you didn't win, what the hell, then how do you win? what a joke can someone tell how you are suppose to win? janelle can you let me know?
