You know private message feature doesn't work for everyone and the chat function is horrible. And don't send me the link to "fix the private message function" as that option to enable is completely missing in the settings and options menu. I frankl...

@AARPConsumerCare So how is this error due to "heavy traffic on the site" for over 24 hours, yet ALL other redemption options have NO issues and you can still earn points with zero issue which has a higher system load with the videos?
