I tried to play instant win today and i got this error message. Who else is going through this?

Why isn't AARP fixing this issue? I'm a professional IT person and this is a problem on the AARP site side. I don't understand how this is not being fixed. I've had this issue now for almost 2 years and NO ONE is helping. 

P.S. Where is this Private messaging thing? I can't find it on the site.

📎@GiannisK745032 , did you try calling them? Did you type CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT to all the "questions" the annoying & persistent chatbot asks you? After awhile it will transfer you to a HUMAN.

You're correct because it happened last night. I played instant win the other day and last night i was unable to do that because of the error.

📎  Catherine @CatherineT72690 , from reading the posts ON THIS SITE - it is something the AARP IT will have to fix. IF AARP does NOT "respond" ON THIS SITE, people said chat or calling them worked. Then the usual WAIT 10 biz days response.

They do respond but often only to tell you to send them a pm.
