   As I looked at this photo, it reminded me of something I found when I was indoors sorting through ephemera on one of those wicked hot days last week.

    Reading what I found not only brought back memories of rotary phones, typewriters, carbon paper and phone books, but also, through the refracted lens of nostalgia, a bittersweet glimpse of kinder, innocent days…
