why won't the system let me earn points or play games any more

I can't either. I can't do anything. I haven't been able to for almost a month now. Its frustrating & AARP customer service is of no help. Its like their website tells me I'm not a member. It's links to a purchase membership page... only my membership is good for another 2 years.
