Please fix Earn Points and "Earn More Points" buttons

Very frustrating for the last several days

Once I've completed one activity, there is no way to get back to the list of choices.  AND just   I cannot even choose one thing from the Earn pull down button without getting that annoying list.

@AARPConsumerCare   Please pass this along to the techies

Just getting that index does not allow another activity.

PPS:  Now I cannot enter through the Games portal and play for points.  Just did Outspell which takes a bit of time and got a blasted "Sorry" message.  Site logged me out once again and I had just once again signed in.  PLEASE FIX!

This was happening to me too.  It would work for a few entries then the page changed and it was difficult to navigate.  i kind of figured it out though not perfect since you could not tell from the "new" page if you had completed an offer so all you could do was click on it and hope.  Then the page would return to normal again for a few entries then go back to this stupid page.  it did this to me for a few days though today it seemed to be ok.

Are you getting a list in red text? I have been having this issue since August 1. I thought it might be a problem with  my laptop, but maybe not.

Yes, red list.  Okay today but I'm not holding my breath.   Still no points for Codeword.

@AARPConsumerCare   Today's newletter code, eggs, was not recognized.  I tried egg but then got a message saying I was running out of tries.

Nice offer inside, though.

I have problems with Codeword not awarding points sometimes. The promo code, eggs, did not work for me either.

I too thought it was my laptop. I have had the same issues for the last few days this month. This was a first. Always something.

That is exactly what I am getting as well, a long column of red text along the left side of the page. Today I had to log out to get to the Earn activities. I try not to refresh the Earn page or it will sometimes go back to the long red list. This has been happening since last week.  I  thought it was my computer......I guess it's another "glitch".

Hi @MariaK113398, I saw your comment about the issue you're having with the AARP Rewards site and I wanted to take a look into this. Are you getting an error or is it just displaying the site in red? Also, may I have your name, address and email?  Thank you. - Diana G.

I can pretty much guarantee that the issue mentioned in this thread is a website tech issue and not an issue with the member's account.  I am also having the same issues that have been described in this thread (a column of red text on the left side of the page) when using the Earn Points link.  It seems when there is an issue with the website, the issue is thought to be with the member's account instead of investigating the tech errors on the website.  Already this month, there have been errors with the Extra Credit Activities of duplicated activities listed and now issues with the Earn Rewards link.  I hope that tech support is investigating on their end for "errors".

Hi Christy C.,

It appears the Earn Points/Earn More Points link was fixed after I had posted, as the links are working now.  My main complaint is that whenever there is a post that something is wrong with the website, the assumption by Consumer Care is that there is something wrong with the member's account instead of a technical error on the website.  When there are multiple complaints from members experiencing the same problem, it is most likely a tech issue on the website that needs to be addressed.  Clearing cookies and cache has never solved my issues with errors on the website.

the easy out is to blame it on the member's device.
