No points for Codeword

Second day in a row that I've successfully completed the Codeword game but gotten no points. The completion window pops up, but the red box doesn't change. I can't even retake it since the system shows I've already done the game, even though I received no reward points. Getting really tired of the inconsistent working of these games. Maybe another maintenance period should be done...

WEIRD workaround: Go to the game from a different link. Go to red banner at top “AARP Rewards”; Use “Browse Rewards” dropdown box to get to “Earn Points”; Use filter and select “Games & Puzzles”; then “Apply.”

I know they all show 200 points but ignore that. I’ve played Codeword twice and it gave me points both times. With Outspell and Word Wipe, I’ve had to hit “Play Again” to get the points. I haven't had a chance to see if this page corrects the other errors.

    I played Codeword this morning and got zero points. I noticed the system showed I only played twice in July (17 days) but I play every day. I tried playing yesterday's game AND GOT THE POINTS! This game is really messed up.

Every week, I save up a list of all the days Codeword doesn't work & then contact customer service via Chat.  I've never had a problem getting my points - until today when the rep only gave me 1500 points when I am missing 450.  What is going on?  This is becoming a real pain & honestly, if that's how it's going to be, then I will not renew my membership.  I don't like feeling ripped off & that is exactly what is going on.

This is a continual problem for me.  I started a thread some time ago.    Fortunately the two newer games work.  Whoever programmed those two, needs to fix Codeword.   It has occasionally given points so clearing this or that, refreshing the browser (I do that just in case it might work), etc do not work as solutions to a programming error.
