No points for Codeword

Second day in a row with not getting the 300 points for Codeword. Still not getting Sudoku points so that's 600 points every day that I don't get it.

I was getting points for Codeword until recently. Now sometimes I get them, sometimes not.  Very frustrating that ConsumerCare will not investigate a widespread problem.

Ah, I'm not the only one!  I haven't had issues with Sodoku, only Codeword, for something like 2 months!  Every week, I contact AARP via chat help & get my points.  I do get annoyed when the service rep insists there's nothing wrong with Codeword, but as a courtesy, they'll give me the points.  They think I'm not hitting submit or completing the game.  Hello, I am, your games people are not stellar, that is the problem, not me!  Report the Codeword issue, if enough of us do, they can't say it it's an isolated case.

@ToniC615904   There is a definite problem with this game and has been since the start.   I was given a nice adjustment a while back but the problem occurs every single day.   

On the plus side, (knock on wood) I have not had any problems with Sudoku.   

I never get points for Codeword.  I played it before it gave points and continue to play for the challenge but it is frustrating every single day.   Yes, I refresh the browser and no, it isn't anything the users are doing or not doing.  There is a problem with the coding for Codeword.

Getting points for Sudoku and Codeword is hit or miss.  Some days I get for both games, some days for neither, and some days only one or the other.  I can't understand why they can't fix it once and for all and claim that the problem lies with the game player.

Just played Codeword after a few days break, and still no points. The most frustrating is that the system records my score but just doesn't reward points.

Have received points for Codeword two days in a row. Maybe the problem is fixed. However, still not getting Sudoku points. The point structure is weird. Seems like my points are being counted differently.

Just played Sudoku and no points awarded either. That's 600 points I didn't get today.
