WebWiseWoman, please help because I am definitely not a 'webwisewoman'. I'm on EST and am currently getting the 'Maxed Out' message. Sometime in the afternoon or early evening, the site lets me in - but, I'm not sure what time I should expect it to work for someone on EST. Can you give me the appropriate hours - until they get these troubles worked out?! Thank you!

Quote I appreciate more than any...
Neil deGrasse Tyson said it best โHow sad it must be โ believing that scientists, scholars, historians, economists, and journalists have devoted their entire lives to deceive you, while a reality tv star with decades of fraud and exhaustively documented lying is your only beacon of truth and honesty.โ

Actually, I would love to talk her into going to Vegas. When my husband was still alive, we would go out once or twice a year; but, stopped due to his illness. I grew up in a small town and we went to Vegas on our honeymoon just so I could see the shows. My favorite place to stay was the old Mirage (now Hardrock) - loved the Siegfried & Roy Show and eating at Kokomo's! Lovely memories.

What I fiinally did, since it always told me I was maxed out in the mornings (which is when I prefer to deal with this), is skip a day. It was/is obvious AARP wasn't going to get this fixed, so I skipped a day for Earn and Redeem. Then I was able to go back to doing this in the morning instead of at bedtime.

but 24 hours is still 24 hours so even though I confirmed with aarp chat that the program is on the Eastern time zone. So what was midnight ET till 1159 PM ET is 24 hours and the UTC would start several hours later than ET it is still 24 hours in a day so why do we have to wait almost 24 hours after earning or redeeming again? Before I could earn and redeem until 1159 PM ET then a minute later start over for the new day.

If I had to guess, I'd say that AARP's spectacularly incompetent IT Department has managed to give us the worst of two worlds: The "day" starts on UTC (meaning in the evening here in the U.S.), but ends at local time. Leaving a window of just a few hours each night (parenthetically, I don't have time to answer quizzes and watch videos in the evening, it was always a morning thing for me). Unbelievable that with a $1.75 BILLION annual budget, AARP refuses to hire competent tech people. That's a slap in the face to the members.

The weekly videos haven't been cancelled but now show up as undefined. I can see them if I don't use any filters on the earn page and then check every page. They are scattered throughout the pages. For example, on page 23 I see several of the Relaxation videos, which are weekly videos. I'm not sure if they are still actually weekly videos, or if they have changed them to monthly, but I was still able to earn points with them when I found them yesterday.

Thanks for UTC lesson @WebWiseWoman.
I had to look up UTC to get a better grasp at what you were/have been saying for the past few days... then apply the time difference to my PT zone.
