First (2) Videos Freezing...Numerous Attempts To Get Points

Community Managers

There's a problem with the first (2) daily videos freezing up and having to reload as many as 3 times to play.  The others are OK.

Could someone look into the problem?

Doesn't get that far before freezing, happening during loading. Today 1st video ok, reload 2nd several times.
