EARNING NON-MEMBER POINTS

This morning I have watched one video and completed one quiz.  I did not earn member points of 300 and 450.  I earned 200 and 300 points.  I have been a member for years.  What is happening?  I logged out and logged back in, no change. Why do these problems keep happening?

This  happened to me yesterday, and it said I maxed out  at 5,000 points.  Later in the evening it was fixed.

As of 7/31 didn't receive Member Bonus 5 points for Daily Visit.  On 8/1/21 don't receive any Daily Visit (15) points😢.

Is this a punishment or an IT issue?

Please assist, been a paying member many years.

It has been fixed.  I logged back on a few minutes ago, and I did a quiz and a video.  I am back to earning member points!  Strange.
