AARP Rewards is back online!

Glad to see the rewards site is back online.  Hopefully, the enhancements will improve  the member experience of earning and redeeming points.

I get message of 'intermittant difficulties'; but, it did let me 'spend' points on a sweepstakes.  Hven't tried to 'Earn' yet.  What is happening with everyone else ????

I get the same message, along with telling me I have maxed out for the day -- even though I have not been able to earn any rewards today -- nor will it let me add to my sweepstakes entries, tell me I am maxed out there as well.  I have tried clearing my browser cache, relaunching my browser, but it is now late in the day Pacific time and still no change.  This has been happening for several days now, with "resolution" occurring late in the afternoon.  I suspect I am simply locked out for today.

Well, before things were 'checked off' when I hadn't even gotten to that page.  Today, I log on and get the message "Maxed out like a pro" - I haven't been able to do anything today, so how could I have maxed out???  To be honest, I don't remember what my points total was yesterday, so I can't compare it to what they're showing that I have today.  AARP, it is not nice to confuse some of 'elderly' (I'm 77) members!

No instant wins, still only $5 cards, every video checked off before I could do them, and this morning, it tells me I've maxed out before I did anything.

@ridgeviewfarm   This is so frustrating!   The games I play are marked played, no points, when I have NOT played them today.    I double checked and they are still daily games (fortunately).

@AARPConsumerCare   Could you please bring this issue forward to someone who can fix this?  There was no reason for it to change as it worked correctly except for Codeword. 

P,S.  Just played Codeword and it DID give points today.  Hooray for that.

Why are we hearing NOTHING from AARP?

Now, a number of the 'topics' are checked off as if I have completed them and I hadn't even gotten to the page they appear on.  I checked some that were 'daily' and some that were 'monthly' - and the same thing.  Everything is already checked off?????

This place is just about as bad as Yahoo. To me they just change to be changing. I haven't seen any improvement in either of them.

Only $5 rewards?

Can you tell us what improvements were made that benefitted the participants?

 

(Edit) I do see a few instant wins this morning but got error messages when I tried to play.
