So aggravating, agreed! One will work every now and with no rhyme or reason that I can see at least...? Being somewhat new-ish to this app, I kept expecting an update to fix *so many glitches*... Surely there must be one in the works??

Simply put, it is because either the website programmers are incompetent or their managers/management are IDIOTS!
