The opposite of improvement

No instant wins, still only $5 cards, every video checked off before I could do them, and this morning, it tells me I've maxed out before I did anything.  AARP must know this is going on, other people have complained about the same problems, but yet we hear nothing from them.

The gift cards for points this month is the worst assortment I have ever seen. None of them interest me. It would be nice if they added some useful and practical choices.

Hey @ridgeviewfarm

Thanks for your post! If after this latest LONG maintenance ‘FIX’ it BROUGHT THESE RESULTS....THEN I BELIEVE THEY SHOULD SHUT IT DOWN & TOTALLY REVAMP THE PROGRAM....MAKING IT WORTHWHILE TO COME HERE! That entails Gift Card values of no less than $10...& always include several choices of $20 & $25 GCs with plenty available, & one suggestion: like the daily deal...tell us when we can expect it to start....& we always know that the supplies will be limited!

In addition..... this ‘New Program’ should include the best parts of the ‘old’ program that this version replaced...those of us who remember it & enjoyed it...for example...we used to have auctions...like for $50 & $100  GCs & many items for purchase....you save up for these valuable items & eventually we always would win what we wanted...& then we save up for the next auction....& there’s so many other things that members can suggest....

& most importantly...we should get responses from those in charge of making these changes happen!

Anyways....I rarely come here anymore...but saw your post & it inspired me to add a few comments.

Of course I added a little humor to take off the edge of what is happening here....

Tech support seems stunned that there are still so many problems with this site!😄

I can't even get to the private message.  It tells me I have to log in, and this is what I get:  400 Request Header or Cookie Too Large.  Nothing new today:  Still "Maxed Out" at 3:00 pm when I haven't done one thing.  The clock is still obviously off by about 12 hours.  Why can't AARP figure this out and fix it?!

I have done everything you said, and it makes no difference.  I don't need to log in to do Earn or Redeem.  I'm already logged in.  (BUT I'm still Maxed Out until about 7:00 pm every day, even when I haven't done one thing.)  Even though I am logged in, I cannot access my account or my inbox.  I get 400 Bad Request.

@ridgeviewfarm  I'm sorry to hear you're still having trouble. I know it seems redundant, but you need to update your browser. Same here. Was able to redeem points, but cannot earn any even though I was able to play one video---with no points.  Guess we just wait..

My thoughts exactly -- another "improvement"!!!  If I had to guess, I bet they stupidly reset the daily clock for whatever time the site came back up yesterday.  It might be worth checking it again this evening, in case a new "day" has started by then.

Sure is aggravating to wait three days to have it more screwed up than  it was!

I think they forgot to reset the clock after they took 3 days to replace the batteries!  lol

Exactly like what occurred during the last 'improvement'. 'Improvement' to AARP is to screw it up worse than it already was, kinda like the government. They won't be getting my money again.
