AARP has failed (refused) to tell us what is wrong with the rewards program, what they are doing about it and a timetable for restoration (or even if they are planning to fix it), so I think it is a good bet that they won't be bothering to answer thi...

Yup. Pages not loading properly resulting in pages of text only. Page reloads, even clearing cache doesn't work consistently. Have switched browser between Firefox, Edge, and Chrome. They all have the same problem. It's been going on since Friday. We...

Geez, I'm surprised. They told me on the phone 2 days ago that they were looking at the problem and it would be resolved in 24-48 hrs. Guess what, it is well beyond the 48 hrs resolution time that they put on it. There hasn't been a single explanatio...
