Redeeming rewards

Anyone else not able to redeem rewards points?  Been a member since Nov 2025 and NEVER able to redeem them.  Customer service has "expedited" the issue but after nearly four months it is still not working. No confidence in AARP .

Reading that some new members can’t redeem from day one.  That is likely a benefit, maybe even a paid benefit, that is not being honored.  AARP aren’t you ashamed of the way you are treating members?  Is this how you were raised?  When did common honesty and trust get thrown out?

It has happened twice.  Currently,  I can't redeem.  I sent two direct messages, and I have made two phone calls.  I'm still waiting.

Same for me only I have called in every few weeks for months. I do not think they care.

I don’t think they know how to fix it quite frankly.  Ask to make another account and have them transfer your points.  Someone posted that they agreed to do that for them

I have personally not had this happen, but have been hearing about it for a while.  I don’t know if there’s a commonality among those affected, but there doesn’t seem to be any resolution forthcoming by the threads I’ve seen.  I’m sorry it’s happening.
