AARP Hearing Center
Reading that some new members can’t redeem from day one. That is likely a benefit, maybe even a paid benefit, that is not being honored. AARP aren’t you ashamed of the way you are treating members? Is this how you were raised? When did common honesty and trust get thrown out?
I have personally not had this happen, but have been hearing about it for a while. I don’t know if there’s a commonality among those affected, but there doesn’t seem to be any resolution forthcoming by the threads I’ve seen. I’m sorry it’s happening.
