I am having the same problem. I am repeatedly told that someone will get back to me but I never hear from anyone. It's been over a month. when I call in, I get the same scripted response.

Your team really need to learn how to automate your testing when you push out a new release and what the words "smoke testing" means. It would avoid a lot of these types of messes. I can see all sorts of authentication issues, poor renderings, code f...
