Haven't been able to redeem points for anything since joining in Nov 2025. I think you should just drop the program instead of false advertising it's benefits. Not a good look for AARP

I can't get mine to redeem since I started 4 months ago. Tech service and customer service are worthless. I've spent so much time on this - they have no problem sending me advertisements or taking my money. 😞 Why tout a rewards program that does...

Anyone else not able to redeem rewards points? Been a member since Nov 2025 and NEVER able to redeem them. Customer service has "expedited" the issue but after nearly four months it is still not working. No confidence in AARP .
