Unable to Complete Your Redemption Request

This is the fifth message I've posted about this.  The first three disappeared.  It has been four weeks since this problem began and I first chatted with AARP.  It has been four weeks without being able to enter sweepstakes, redeem for instant wins, purchase gift cards with points, and probably buy cards with $'s.  I have also called and e-mailed numerous times.  Nothing has changed, and all I have heard from AARP is a message from Magda telling me she is referring the problem to AARP's technical support team.  (They have a technical support team?!)  That was a week ago, and nothing has changed.  It's a new month, and we are now losing out on more sweepstakes, instants, cards for points, etc.  (Last month, we wasted points entering sweepstakes for the first five days before this mess started.)  Our membership, after 25+ years, expires in 25 days, and, at this point, there is very little likelihood that we will renew our membership.  Obviously, AARP, which is constantly pressing for members, doesn't care about the ones it already has.

 I have had the same issue since 1/14.  Contacted AARP 4 times with no resolution.

I see two posts so far from you.  Maybe they lagged a bit, but they didn’t disappear

 

Edit. — actually after clicking on your name I see all of your same messages, they didn’t disappear.  There’s a lot of posts that push them out and down the list of messages, but they are all there
