I won a $10 Jersey Mikes gift card on 2/18/25 and am still waiting for it.  And yes I’ve checked my spam and junk folders.

i won a kohl's instant win gift card on 2/16 and still have yet to recieve, been a member for 2 years never heard so many complaints about aarp until the past month or so.is the website that messed up? can it be fixed?

We have to call the AARP Rewards group, 1-866-451-6305 about issues related to Rewards.  I also won a $10 Walgreens gift card on Saturday, and have not received. It has been reported.  I used the free method of entry, so the rep couldn't see if in my redemptions.

I used my points for a gift card and it arrived 10 days later and I had 4 chats with them about it, saying they had to escalate it.  Not sure why it is taking time on some offers.  A few days after I redeemed my points for the above mentioned card I also used points for a different card which was delivered a few minutes later.
