We have to call the AARP Rewards group, 1-866-451-6305 about issues related to Rewards. I also won a $10 Walgreens gift card on Saturday, and have not received. It has been reported. I used the free method of entry, so the rep couldn't see if in my redemptions.
I used my points for a gift card and it arrived 10 days later and I had 4 chats with them about it, saying they had to escalate it. Not sure why it is taking time on some offers. A few days after I redeemed my points for the above mentioned card I also used points for a different card which was delivered a few minutes later.
