Another Day, Another Failure

Can't do anything again today due to technical difficulties 😂 Plus, it keeps telling me to refresh my browser, which is new. Of course, that does not help one bit.

I'm currently in "waiting for gift card email" hell...my cruise final payment is due in 4 days...God help me cause at the rate I'm drinking to stay calm, I'm gonna be out of scotch by Thursday.

Other people's giftcard email come to them within minutes.  Mine, stuck in "give it 24hours" hell...is it because I didn't sign up for the 5 year membership and I'm being punished?

Just to make things easier and to give AARPConsumerCare a rest I'll respond for them....

I'm so sorry to hear that you are still having issues, @sherilee17, yawn!. The AARP Rewards site is currently working as normal. The problem is either yours or in your mind. But let me check into this further for you so that you know we are concerned about your imaginary issue. When you get a moment, please send me a private message with more details about the issues you are having, and I'll escalate this if needed.  In other words, I'll pass it off to someone else who is senior to me so that you can get appropriately ignored.

I apologize for the confusion. Although the red banner is still showing, the AARP Rewards site is working, you can earn and redeem your points as normal. If you are getting any error messages other that the red banner, please let me know. Thank you. - Daniela R.

If the banner is incorrect, then TAKE IT DOWN.  However, there ARE still issues with the Rewards site:  needing more “time” to award points earned, slow loading of pages, and unable to award points because of “technical issues”  - try again later, no total points earned showing. Oh, so I guess you are correct, the rewards site is working “as normal.”

I cannot enter Sweepstakes.  I cannot play Instant Wins.  I can earn a few points after watching the circle go round and round for 3 or 4 minutes.  This is too frustrating!  Just shut the site down until all members can play.

For Days now After Days of maintenance shutdown and STILL issues earning rewards points for activities.....Ridiculous!

The rewards site has not worked properly for months.  I have tried to report issues by chat method only to be treated like I don't know what I'm talking about.   I would like to know the person's name that is responsible for the rewards site.  I find it amazing that an organization with millions of members cannot properly maintain a site.  Has anyone else noticed that Everytime they ask for more money ( membership or donations) the website has more issues?????
