Queen with Paul Rodgers - 2005, full concert on YouTube

Such an unlikely pairing, but it really worked while it lasted (2005-2009). They did have to video feed Freddie's vocals for most of Bohemian Rhapsody, however! I don't think that anyone could sing that but Freddie and have it feel the same.

Vinnie Moore  -  Mind's Eye (1988 album on Apple Music)

Great metal guitar music, sounds very Blackmore inspired.

It's not Rock & Roll but there's a video on YouTube that l really like. It's called The Highwayman sung by The Highwaymen  (Johnny Cash,  Willie Nelson, Kris Kristofferson and Waylon Jennings.) The story is about a soul with incarnations in different places and different times. I really like the lyrics, they capture that soul exactly as the writer, Jimmy Webb, intended. Great song.

Relentless  -  Sweet Oblivion ft. Geoff Tate  (2021 album)

Rock hasnโ€™t gone away, you just have to look for it! Tate describes it as classic heavy rock with a Queensryche vibe. And heโ€™s in excellent voice, too! Itโ€™s a keeper! ๐Ÿ’› ๐Ÿ˜Ž

Butchering The Beatles: A Headbashing Tribute  -  Various Hard Rock, Heavy Metal Artists On Apple Music

The link will take you to the full playlist on YT. You might be surprised! I found it to be a lot fun to listen to. It does prove that The Beatles music can lend itself to hard-rock and metal versions. The metal guitar solos crafted into the songs are mostly very good.

Of the lot, my favorites are Magical Mystery Tour by John Bush (Anthrax - vocals), Stephen Carpenter (Deftones - guitar), Mike Inez (Alice In Chains / Ozzy - bass), & John Tempesta (Cult - drums); and Revolution by Tim "Ripper" Owens (Judas Priest - vocals), George Lynch (Dokken - lead guitar), Bob Kulik (Kiss - guitar), Tim Bogert (Vanilla Fudge - bass, RIP) & Chris Slade (AC/DC - drums).
