Been listening to Yacht Rock Radio on SiriusXM. Went to a Yacht Rock Revue concert earlier this month in Birmingham and they are awesome. They’re out on the west coast now. Go see them if you can. They’re Fantastic!

 I've been listening to the many tributes of Miles Davis and John Coltrane on Sirius XM radio

this month. This year marks the 100th birth anniversary (Centennial) for both Miles Davis and John Coltrane. The 70th anniversary of 'Round About Midnight, their landmark debut album for Columbia Records. I never get tired of their music and enjoy it always.

JAZZ NOTE - This weekend WKCR 89.9 FM NY is featuring a Sonny Rollins Memorial Broadcast, which includes 48 non-stop hours of the Saxophone Colossus.
