Uber Gift card link expired (from 2022)

Hi,
I have purchased 5 Uber gift cards $20 each back on 7/2/22.
I believe I have not used 2 of the 5 cards but when I click on the links, it takes me to this page:
https://pages.email.aarp.org/link-expired/
The page you have requested is unavailable!
Please try your link again. The content for this link may no longer be available.

I didn't know gift cards can expired. What do I do now?

TYPHARMD Thanks so much for reaching out! This error typically happens if you try to access a gift card purchased some time ago. No worries! Please send us a private message, and we'll look into this for you! - Christy C.

I have gone to taking a screenshot of the gift card the first time I open it.  I save it so I have the card number and pin number then I am able to use it later.

I do this especially when I called them and they told me I had not been sent any cards for the last several months, when I had received several.  Their system is a mess.

This happens with a lot of AARP gift card emails, where the link in the email is expired after a certain amount of time.  It is not the gift card that is expired, just the link in the email.  You need to contact AARP customer service and give them the information in the email, and they will send you a new email with a link that works.

I hope this is not the norm as I have gift cards I have not used from various merchants too.

You should try to open the original email to see if you can open the cards.
