I cannot believe all of the hoops and hurdles we've had to endure just to play a 'hidden' instant win (RE: White House Black Market). Seeing the same nonsense gift CODES being put out, and that the company SCOTTeVESTS is a huge no-go for me, and probably several others. Not only that, but even after maintenance, there are several who cannot redeem gift cards, and are still receiving errors. I've witnessed a few that lost out on a redemption because no matter how many tags I made, nobody came to their rescue. Who do we contact over the weekend if we have an issue?! And! There are 3 new sweepstakes still missing rules.
This place feels unstable. Like there's a skeleton crew running the show. Like it's teetering on something really negative, I mean bottom of the barrel negative, if that makes sense. Not sure what else to say. I am noticing these issues, and some lack of interaction by AARP staff in some cases, or that only one person is managing the complaints all on their own. Just an observation.
Anyone else seeing this, too? Ugh.
Hey! ๐
Anyone else feeling like the last couple of years have been a bit of a... "choose your own adventure?"
Still holding out hope that we'll see some improvements around here. Really looking forward to a future where things are a little less "improv" and a bit more... stable.
Hello everyone ๐ค. I believe that they had to hire new people to run the IT department. Also some Shady characters. I was checking out the sweepstakes like that $500 gift card.. Really. 10 winners equals to 500 $10 gift cards. There's 12 sweepstakes with a value that roughly equals about $236,000 ( wow that's about 23,600 $10 gift cards per month) . Our cost for a $100 sweepstakes is approximately 30,000 points. That's about 4 1/2 days of points. That's just one. Chances are you may not win. I know this doesn't mean too much to some people but we're doing a lot of work that really benefits AARP and the Sponsors. What are they doing for Us Today. Besides wanting us to renew our membership. Not me. Up at the end of this month. I'm just saying
