TOTAL SAVINGS INACCURATE
In November 2021, I noticed my Total Savings on the black dashboard was increased by $30.00 from what it should be, and some of my savings were duplicated. I have been keeping track of my savings, and this number was always consistently accurate from the beginning of the program until last month. I was wondering if other members are keeping track of their savings and noticed the Total Savings being too high?? Now that it's December 2021, I hope tech support can locate and fix the issue.

Hello @JoLo49
My Total Savings has been correct since the beginning. I take a screenshot of My Transaction History daily and have a spreadsheet tracking everything. I started this during R4G with numerous points not posting to black dashboard.
Have a Blessed Day

Hello Marylin,
Thanks for letting me know that your Total Savings is correct and accurate. There were a few of us on the forum who noticed the Total Savings was $30 higher than it should be in Nov 2021. Because we all had the same $30 error, I thought perhaps there was a technical glitch that affected all members. It's not a big deal, but interesting that several of us had the same error.

I have noticed exactly the same error... $30 added to the Total Savings in the month of November, with that error still carrying through to the present day, now five months later. I noticed this when I went through my received items to make sure nothing was lost.
I was using the Total Savings to confirm that all items were received since there does not seem to be a way to display all the rewards links that were received. Yes, I can see the purchases and redemptions, but there is not a list of instant wins. I would be nice if there were a way to obtain the list of redemption links sent to my account. But absent that I was forced to use the Total Savings to verify nothing was missed.
Unfortunately, it seems even that number is inaccurate.

@AARPTeri
The $30 error on my Total Saviings during the month of November 2021 is also carried through to present day. I reached out to AARPTeri to alert tech support to correct and still have not gotten a resolution. I suspect all AARP members have the $30 error duplicated on the Total Savings, so tech support should be able to correct easily and subtract $30 from each member's Total Savings.. @AARPJodeeR recommended to contact a Rewards specialist, however, it seems to be a tech error and not an error for the Rewards specialist to resolve.

There appears to be several of us who have a $30 error in Total Savings from Nov. 2021. It is interesting that we all have the same $30 error amount. I checked back my records and noticed that my duplication of savings was added mid- Nov soon after I redeemed points for e-Gift cards. There was another time when my total savings was duplicated by $30 after points redemption in August 2021, but that error was corrected when other AARP members reported the error.

@AARPJodeeR I also have the same issue with Total Savings being duplicated from 11/9/2021 through 11/16/2021. There is another post about another member having more savings added than should be. AARPTeri was addressing the issue and hope tech support can resolve.

Hey JoLo looks like both us us are being ignored, you on your savings total and me with missing rewards redemption confirmation emails, or our concerns are not that important to our community managers to warrant a response. Not surprising though.
