Does anyone know the name and physical address of the contractor AARP uses for Rewards?

It used to be Hello World but I'm pretty sure it's someone else now.

I was doubled charged for my redemption and received nothing.   Can accept a delay but not the taking of double points.  Customer service used to be customer service.  Now they are not correcting obvious errors.   Empty gift cards, double charging, no cards.  I am seeing a pattern here and am ready to complain to consumer protection in the state where they are located.

I just found this information in the terms and conditions of the rewards program. It says the Administrator is Merkle Inc. ("HelloWorld"), the address is 3000 Town Center, Floor 21, Southfield, MI 48075. I also found a phone number.  It is 1-(248) 543-6800. I hope this helps. Good Luck! 🙂

I used points yesterday 7/1/26 for Amazon $5 e-card.  It said it was redeemed and points were deducted but I still have not received any confirmation nor email for the reward.  What a rip-off.  This has happened couple of times in the past but majority of time if I redeem the points, the email arrives within minutes to hours or next day.

I redeemed points for a $5 gift card on July 1st. Never received notification. They told me I had to wait 24 hours. I called back today. I was on hold 16 minutes disconnected. I was on hold 30 minutes after I called back . I called her general number instead of the rewards she told me to hold on while she connected me and she would stay on the line. I was on hold for 40 minutes. Nobody ever came back. Nobody said nothing. I have no way to even look it up at this point. I received no notification email to tell me about my $5 card and it seems nobody wants to pick up the phone and talk to you at either number. They just put you on holds play the same music and nobody comes back. Either hangs up on you or you have to disconnect because you have a life. Good luck to you. I hope we go and get our issues solved sometime this week

You can go to your reward dashboard, see the transactions on the redemption tab.  Take a screenshot, save,etc… that is your receipt @EllenM405680

  I got one six hours ago when it was first posted but haven't received the reward yet. Usually when I do a redemption it comes to my email in a few minutes.

Same here. Wife and I did 3 x July redemptions and haven't received yet. Hopefully sometime today.

It’s 5:38 EST and I know so many people who haven’t gotten any of their gift cards, including myself. I redeemed my points at midnight and it’s closing in on 18 hours and haven’t gotten a single one.

Nope, haven’t gotten mine yet…and as it gets closer to 24 hours, I’m getting real itchy to contact my Attorney General.  This is shambolic.

Whew!!  Got mine, but wasn’t sure I’d be able to.  

 Updatewe used our earned points to get this, and it’s now an hour shy of 24 hours, and still no gift card.  Flood the phone lines at opening. 👍

Didn't redeem this card, but the three that I did redeem were received in mid afternoon 7.2.26
