I redeemed for the Barnes and Noble yesterday.
Not only did I not receive it, but the amount was taken twice from my account.
I just chatted with a very unhelpful person who kept copying terms and conditions.
I never agreed to be robbed. I understand the delay and can accept that.
In the past reps corrected errors. The person refused to refund one of the charges.

Never in the past has anything like this happened. When an error was made, it was corrected. My redemption history clearly shows the double deduction.
@DebraH293150 did I miss something, this doesn’t sound like Richard is getting anything solved at all.
