I was getting an error a couple weeks ago about not getting points during my activities. I entered a request and didn't hear back in the "3 to 5 business days" on that one, but my issue has changed.
Now, I get points for my points activities like crossword puzzles and such, but starting a few days before the maintenance, when I tried and now when I continue to try to redeem points on any instant wins or sweepstakes, each try every day only gets me a horizontal box with "Oops! An error occurred. Please refresh your browser to get back on track."
Refreshing does nothing for this.
Since November 1, I still have no point redemptions. Every which way I try, I still get "Oops! An error occurred. Please refresh your browser to get back on track." That seems to be the only thing I can count on for sure.
If I were a pure optimist, I would say that at least I am accumulating points toward redemption in the future.

1) I made sure my browser was the latest version, refreshed my browser, cleared my cache, and lost all my login settings for most all of my logins for this and other programs. These steps had no effect on the error.
2) I tried another browser that I never use otherwise. That also had no effect on the error.
Between the first issue against earning points and this Redemption issue, which replaced it a few days before the Maintenance, I have missed all sweepstakes and instant wins for the entire month of November. Since this redemption issue did start several days before the maintenance, I can't even blame it on that.
3) On the plus side, I am accumulating many rewards points, because I still play the daily and weekly games for rewards points. Maybe someday, I'll be able to redeem some of those extra points toward future sweepstakes and instant wins once again.
C'mon December!!!
P.S. This month is the first time in all my Rewards days (and the AARP program that Rewards replaced) that I've seen that error message.
