Don’t understand why admin sets these traps to take away what few redemptions we receive. It’s really sad & disheartening when admin charges us a redemption for a reward, and then when that reward link fails or some other bogus technical difficulty, not of our making they refuse to replace it. Lousy policy to say the least. Just another way to take advantage of the senior citizens they are suppose to be helping, until it isn’t.The only feature I found of any use was the Walmart Instant Win, which there were probably only 2 to start. GOTTA LOVE THAT !! 😢 😢 😢

When the links fail, you need to contact them and voice your concerns.  I have done this a few times and they rectified and sent me things.  An umbrella, a visa gift card (twice), and refunded the points.  To me the worst is when you redeem the near you dining BOGO offers.  I have had the printing go goofy so I can’t print it but also had merchants refuse it.  I call the merchants prior to redeeming my points and this has saved me frustration.  But the worst is you get the discount offer printed, the establishment refuses it, you call AARP and get your points back but you are still without that offer or it appears on your account as used so even if you had a printing error you cannot reapply for that offer.

At 1:10 PM mountain time I received an email with a new link for the Kroger gift card. The link did work on the latest email.  Also the Safeway rewards page was not working earlier today but mid afternoon today I was able to redeem the Safeway gift card.

@HokiePoq   I totally sympathize.  I have only managed one redemption since the beginning of August.  I can be online for hours, but as soon as I go do something a reward that I can use comes and goes.  (So many of the GCs offered are for businesses that are not in our area.) 

  I used to be able to get my three redemptions per month, then it went down to two, now I am lucky if I can manage one redemption.  Same with instant wins.  I used to win one every month or two.  Now, have only had one in about six months.  Again, many of the instant wins are not useful ones, like they were in the past.
